摘　　要：ICU拥有众多医疗设备,尤其是急救与生命支持类高风险医疗设备,其质控管理是一项极为重要的工作。本文探讨了ICU护理人员与临床工程师的交流与合作问题,就两者交流与合作的意义、不足以及内容作了简单阐述。双方的合作能增进相互理解,提升医疗设备使用安全,保障患者安全。Great significance shall be attached to quality control management of medical devices in intensive care unit （ICU）, especially for some devices that are intended for first aid and life support with high risk. This paper makes a discussion about the problem of communication and collaboration between nurses and clinical engineers in the aspects of meaning, shortage, content and so on. Enhancement of mutual understanding between nurses and clinical engineers can strengthen their cooperation so as to promote medical device use safety and ensure patients＇ safety.
