利用门诊医生站区别医保特殊病种处方的方法

摘　　要：随着参保人员的增多,特殊病种门诊量的增加,医保部门监管力度必须加强。我院为了降低医保部门的拒付,利用在门诊医生站上区别医保特殊病种门诊处方的方法,方便医师按病种分开诊治,收费人员按医生开出的普通门诊处方和特殊病种处方进行分开收费,取得显著效果。With an increasing number of people joining the medicare and a growing quantity of outpatients suffering from special diseases, there is of great necessity for relevant departments to strengthen medicare supervision. In order to lower the occurance of medicare department＇s refusal to pay the medicare expenses, the outpatient doctor station is uilized in our hospital to distinguish medicare prescriptions for special diseases, which brings great convenience to physicians in diagnosis and treatment of patients according to classifications of diseases. Thus, prescriptions for ordinary diseases and special diseases can be charged separately. Obvious effects have been achieved through utilization of the outpatient doctor station.
