摘　　要：分析科技期刊文稿退修通知书规范撰写的重要性,并认为其内容应包含:告诉作者文章的优点所在,专家的审稿意见要点,具有专业知识的责任编辑提出的修改意见,论文规范表达、出版要求以及涉及著作权方面的修改意见与要求。退修通知书尽量翔实、清楚,避免作者修后又发现新的问题,让作者反复修改。Paper revision is an important link in the scientific journal publishing. This paper analyzes the importance of normative writing of manuscript revision, and points out that responsible editors should pay attention to the following aspects. In the first instance, the academic advantages of the manuscript should be applauded. Secondly, the comments and suggestions proposed by the reviewers and responsible editors should be objectively fed back to the author. Additionally, the journal requests on writing norms, publishing standards and legal norms should be clearly elaborated to the authors. A detailed and clear revision notice could make the paper modification more efficient and avoid the author to revise repeatedly.
