摘　　要：双8S是国家杂交水稻工程技术研究中心以株1S为母本,培矮64S为父本杂交,采用再生强化选择压力的育种方法育成的水稻中籼型光温敏核不育系,于2007年2月通过湖南省农作物品种审定。该不育系具有株叶形态好、分蘖能力强、植株抗倒和抗病性强、开花习性好、异交结实率高、米质优良、配合力强、容易繁殖制种等优点。用双8S与0293配组选育的杂交稻新组合双两优1号表现高产、优质、抗倒伏,于2009年通过湖南省农作物品种审定。Shuang 8S, derived from the cross of Zhu 1S （as the female） and Pei＇ai 64S （as the male）, is a photo- period-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile （PTGMS） line in medium indica rice developed through the breeding method of ratooning selection. It is characteristic of good plant type, strong tillering ability and resistances to lodg- ing and diseases, high outcrossing rate with good flowering habits, fine grain quality, high combining ability and easiness in multiplication and hybrid seed production. A new hybrid combination Shuangliangyou 1 （Shuang 8S/ 0293 ）, performing well in trials and demonstrations with high yield, good grain quality and 1 certified and released to commercial production by Hunan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal odging resistance, was Committee in 2009.
