不同细胞质源粳稻雄性不育系花粉败育特点研究

摘　　要：对17种细胞质源转育成的47个粳稻不育系的花粉败育特点进行了研究,结果显示,在47个粳稻不育系中,有25个的花粉败育类型是染败型,22个为典败型;具有相同不育细胞质的粳稻不育系的花粉败育类型相同。The pollen abortive characteristics of 47 japonica cytoplasmic male sterile （CMS） lines with 17 cytoplas- mic sources including 10 new ones from indiea cultivars were studied. The results showed that, of 47 CMS lines,25 belonged to the stained abortive type of pollen abortion, while 22 belonged to the typical abortive type of pollen abortion. The japonica CMS lines developed from the same cytoplasmic source had the same pollen abortive type.
