摘  要:通过文献统计分析了我国煤矿冲击地压目前的发生现状、总体特点以及发生机理、监测手段、防治方法等。结果表明:我国煤矿冲击地压发生频度强度激增,并且浅部开采激增明显;关于冲击地压的研究由对冲击地压发生机理研究逐步转向冲击地压防治技术研究;冲击地压监测采用多参量综合监测模式较科学,但该模式需与冲击地压发生机理相结合;冲击地压防治方法采用综合防治方法较为合理,但需对该方法进行精细化研究。最后笔者归纳总结了防治冲击地压的"三个理念"。With the statistics and analysis on the documents, the paper summarized the present occurrence status of the mine pressure bumping in China and the study status of the general features, occurrence mechanism, monitoring and measuring means and prevention methods.The results showed that the frequency intensity of the mine pressure bumping occurred in China was shot up and the frequency intensity was shot up obviously in the shallow seam mining.The study on the mine pressure bumping was conducted from the study on the occurrence mechanism of the mine pressure bumping steadily turned to the study on the prevention and control technology of the mine pressure bumping.The monitoring and measuring of the mine pressure bumping would be scientific to apply the multi parameter comprehensive monitoring and measuring mode and the mode should be combined with the occurrence mechanism of the mine pressure bumping.A comprehensive prevention and control method would be rationally applied to the mine pressure bumping prevention and control method and a fine study was conducted on the method. According to the prevention and control status of the present mine pressure bumping, three concep- tions to prevent and control the mine pressure bumping were provided.
