摘 要:为考察煤解吸瓦斯的影响因素,结合扩散和吸附等理论推导了瓦斯解吸方程,根据方程可知,吸附平衡压力、煤样粒径、煤的破坏类型和解吸时间是影响煤解吸瓦斯的主要因素。为验证理论推导的可靠性,在实验室分别考察了这4个因素对粒煤解吸瓦斯的影响,结果表明:煤样粒径越小、吸附平衡压力越大、煤样破坏越严重,相同时间段内的瓦斯解吸量越大;任何煤样在任何条件下的瓦斯解吸量与时间的关系曲线均为单调增函数,时间越长,解吸总量越大。试验结果与理论推导结果一致。In order to investigate the factors affected to the coal gas desorption, the diffusion, adsorption and other theory combined were applied to derive a gas desorption equation.The equation showed that the adsorption balance pressure, particle size of the coal sample, coal failure type and desorption time were the major factors affected to the gas desorption of particle coal.In order to verify the reliability of theoretical derivation,those four factors affected to gas desorption of the particle coal were investigated individually in the lab. The results showed that the smaller particle size of the coal sample, the higher adsorption balance pressure would be, the serious failure of the coal sample would be and the higher gas desorption value within the same time would be.The relationship curve between the gas desorption value and time of any coal sample under any conditions would be a monotone increasing function and the longer of the time, the higher total desorption value would be.The test results and theoretical derivation would have a consistency.
