摘　　要：水环境管理状况直接影响流域水污染治理与生态保护和修复的效果。本文从法律、监督管理、经济和体制机制创新等方面对辽河流域水环境管理现状进行分析,针对其存在的问题进行探讨,并提出对策和建议,为提高辽河流域水环境管理效率和效果奠定基础,促进先进的水环境管理技术在辽河流域水环境管理中的转化和应用,改善辽河流域水环境质量。Management of water environment directly affects the basin pollution treatment and ecological protection and restoration of the effect. This paper from the legal, regulatory, economic, and institutional innovation and so on analyzes the present situation of basin water environment management in Liao River, aiming at the existing problems were discussed, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, to improve the efficiency and effect of Liao River basin water environment management foundation, promote advanced water environment management technology in Liao River basin water environment management of transformation and application, improve the Liao River basin water environment quality.
