摘  要:低频减载保证了电力系统安全稳定运行,是电力系统遭受严重扰动下防止频率崩溃导致大面积停电的主要措施。针对频率变化率型低频减载方案的技术特点,探讨了适用于南方电网的半适应、自适应低频减载方案,并通过仿真与现有方案进行了比较,在总结各方案的技术特性的基础上,给出半适应、自适应低频减载方案在南方电网应用的建议。Low frequency load shedding is a kind of effective method to ensure safe and stable operation of electric power system and the main measure for preventing collapse of frequency under serious disturbance of the power system which may result in blackouts. According to technical characteristics of low frequency load shedding scheme of frequency change rate type, this paper discusses semi-adaptive and adaptive low frequency load shedding schemes applying to southern power grid. By simulating, it compares with existing schemes and on the basis of summarizing technical characteristics of several schemes, it proposes application suggestions for semi-adaptive and adaptive schemes in southern power grid.
