常州市高校篮球教练员队伍的整体态势分析

摘　　要：教练员是球队的领导核心,是篮球队竞技水平高低的重要因素。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对常州市高校篮球教练员队伍的现状进行分析,指出其现存态势的不足之处,并提出相应的发展对策,为常州市高校篮球运动的发展提供参考,进而推动高校体育的改革与发展。The coach is the core of leadership in the team. This paper, using the method of literature review, questionnaire investigation, and statistical analysis, analyzes the current situation of college basketball coaches in Changzhou, explores its shortcomings of current overall situation, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, provide reference for the development of college basketball movement in Changzhou, and promotes the reform and development of college physical education.
