摘　　要：本文通过对安徽高校竞技健美操的赛前准备调查,研究结果显示:在不同的赛前准备条件下,都会对比赛成绩产生影响。这就需要各高校引进高水平教练员和招收高素质运动员、场地设施和经费补助充足及制定合适的训练计划,为各高校教练员在以后的赛前准备中更科学、更有效地进行竞技健美操的训练。This paper investigates the pre-competition preparation of college aerobics in Anhui province. The re- sult shows that different preparation condition can influence performance. The colleges need to introduce high-le- vel coaches and athletes, grant facilities and sufficient funding and provide the effective training and competition method for college coaches.
