摘　　要：根据昌图县耕地的实际情况,照国家高标准基本农田建设标准,采用系统分析法和GIS技术提取高标准基本农田建设限制因子,并提出切实可行的耕地改良措施,为当地开展高标准基本农田建设提供理论参考。In view of the actual situation of the cultivated land in Changtu County and in accordance with the national standard for conwstructing high standard basic farmland, system analysis method and GIS technique are adopted to extract the high standard farmland construction limiting factors. Feasible measures to improve cultivated land are put forward in a bid to provide theoretical reference for the development of high standard farmland construction.
