摘　　要：介绍了以四聚丙烯烷基酚为主要原料 ,合成高碱值硫化烷基钙的工艺过程。合成的产品物化指标合格 ,油溶性好 ,经模拟评定和初步的台架评定证明 ,使用性能即清净性和抗氧化腐蚀性能与国外同类剂相当。The synthesis technology of high basic value calcium sulfurized alkyl Phenate using dodecyl phenol as one of main materials were introduced in this paper. From three processes, through experiments, one workable process which using higher alcohol as solvent,glycol as promotor is selected as a best technology to produce the desired product whose quality is almost equals to OLOA-219 made by Chevron company.
