摘 要:目的探讨婴儿唾液成分与生长发育的关系。方法 280例婴儿按月龄分成1-3个月66例,4-6个月116例,7-9个月72例和10-12个月26例4组。测量婴儿的身长、体重,采集婴儿的唾液,检测K+、Na+、Cl-、淀粉酶、葡萄糖、总蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量。结果随着婴儿身长和体重的增长,唾液成分中淀粉酶的含量逐渐增高(P<0.01),K+、Na+、Cl-的浓度逐渐降低(P<0.01)。结论婴儿唾液成分与生长发育之间存在着一定的相关关系。Objective To investigate the relationship of saliva compositions and growth and development in infants. Methods A total of 280 infants was divided into 4 age grops of A(66 cases, 1- 3 months),B(116 cases,4-6 months),C(72 cases, 7-9 months) and D(26 cases, 10-12 months). The saliva was collected for the measurements of the contents of K^+, Na^+, Cl^-, amylasc, glucose, cholesterol and triglyccride, the relationship of which with the hight and weight was analyzed. Results As the hight and body weight were increased, the contents of K^+ , Na^+ , Cl^- were decreased and the content of amylase was increased(P〈0. 01). Conclusion There is some correlation between the saliva composition and the growth and development in infants.
