摘　　要：战略性新兴产业是以核心技术为基础,包含可持续发展理念,对经济中相关产业具有极强的辐射作用,引领一国的科技战略以及科技发展方向,对改善民生以及经济长期发展意义重大的新兴产业。文章以辽宁为例探讨战略性新兴产业对地方经济增长的影响。辽宁在发展战略性新兴产业过程中,虽然在某些领域具有先天优势,但也存在一系列问题。因此,如何在产业现有基础上成功发挥战略性新兴产业在经济增长中的重要作用,是辽宁在未来很长时间内必须探究的重要问题。Strategic emerging industries are based on the core technology, including the concept of sustainable development, and with a strong radiation in the economy. They lead a cotmtry＇s science and technology strategy and direction of science and technology. So they have a great significance to improve the livelihood of the people and the long-term economic development. This paper takes Liaoning as an example to explore the strategic emerging industry＇s impact on local economic growth. Liaoning province has congenital advantage in some areas, but there are a series of problems in the process of development of strategic emerging industries. Therefore, how to play an important role of strategic emerging industries in the economic growth successfully on the industry existing basis, is an important issue for Liaoning which must explore in a long time in the future.
