摘　　要：目的:了解社区居民对糖尿病肾病(DN)健康知识的需求情况。方法:采用自行设计的问卷调查表对200例社区DN患者进行相关知识及需求的调查。结果:社区DN患者总体疾病知识较缺乏,大部分DN患者从医护人员及科普读物获取健康知识,绝大多数患者想了解疾病的病因、治疗、预防等,希望采取多种形式的健康教育。结论:社区DN患者健康知识匮乏,确立以社区为中心的DN健康教育管理制度,符合当前社区DN防治要求。Objective. To learn the community residents＇ needs of knowledge in the diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods： Self-designed questionnaire was applied to making survey of the need and re- lated knowledge about lacked the overall diseas DN among 200 community DN e knowledge, most acquired the patients. Results： Community residents health knowledge about DN disease from the medical staff and cause of disease, the popular science treatment and p educations. Conclusion： Community readings and revention of DN patients the great majority of them wanted to know the it, etc. , hoping to take various forms of health lack health knowledge, so the establishment of DN health education management system centering on the community will meet the current need of prevention and treatment of the community DN.
