摘　　要：棉织物采用单烟酸三嗪活性染料湿短蒸染色工艺,可以在无盐无碱条件下进行,其优化的染色工艺为:雅格素红N-SB 2 g/L,汽蒸温度160℃,汽蒸相对湿度40%,汽蒸时间3 min。染色棉织物的皂洗牢度和耐摩擦色牢度可达4级以上,染色废水中盐和碱排放量少,有利于环境保护。Wet shortened-steaming dyeing of cotton fabric with mononicotinic acid triazine reactive dyes is carried out without salt and alkali. The optimum dyeing process is： Argazol red N-SB 2 g/L, steaming at 160℃ for 3 min with relative humidity 40%. The color fastness to soaping and rubbing of the cotton dyeings can reach above grade 4, and the process is eco-friendly owing to low dyeing effluents.
