摘　　要：针对棉尼龙双弹织物易产生皱折和缸差等问题,设计了一种新的连续轧染工艺。新工艺先退漂后烧毛,浅色可用还原或活性染料一次完成,而深色则先酸性染色再套染活性,随后进行柔拉、防缩。该工艺能够有效控制色差,满足市场需求。Aiming at the wrinkles and color deviation in pad dyeing of bi-etastic cotton/nylon fabric, a new continuous pad dyeing process is proposed, including singeing after desizing and bleaching, top dyeing with reactive dyes after acid dyeing, and then softening, stentering and shrink-proof finish. This process can control the color deviation effectively.
