摘　　要：分析了渗铝钢管与20G钢板进行管板焊接时焊接缺陷的产生原因,对渗铝钢管板焊接工艺进行了探讨,以此找出相应对策和工艺措施:改善接头性能,避免产生焊接缺陷,提高焊缝质量。The reason of producing welding defect when alumetized steel pipe has been welded with 20G steel plate are ana-lyzed. The welding process of pipe-plate are also discussed. The technical measures of improving knot quality are proposed to avoid producing welding defect and raise the quality of welding seam.
