摘 要:为准确评估城市区域(以克拉玛依市核心区为例)火灾风险状况,运用AHP法构建火灾风险评估指标体系,并制定指标评分准则。运用GIS的缓冲区及网络分析功能,精确划定部分指标的不同等级风险范围,根据评分准则进行风险指标评分,经过评估计算后,最终得到研究区火灾风险等级图。结果表明:实例中,属于高火灾风险的评估单元有6个,占总数的2.2%;属于中火灾风险的评估单元有62个,占总数的22.9%。说明该核心区总体处于低火灾风险水平,但局部区域火灾风险较高,这将是今后研究区消防规划工作的重点。For evaluating fire risk of urban area accurately, the nucleus of Kelamayi city was taken as the study area, and an index system of evaluation of fire risk was structured by using AHP and the grade criterion of indexes was formulated. The ranges of different grades of risk of some indexes were designated exactly by using buffer analysis and network analysis of GIS. The risk indexes were scored based on the grade criterion. At last, a picture of grades of fire risk in the study area was obtained after computing and revising evaluation results. The results show that 6 assessment units of the study area belong to the high fire risk that are 2.2% of all, and 62 assessment units of the study area belong to the middle fire risk that are 22.9% of all.
