摘　　要：目的:探讨男性离休干部凝血功能和血脂检测指标的变化规律,以便做好干部预防保健工作。方法:选取门诊体检的男性离休干部120人,进行抗凝血酶活性(AT)、因子Ⅷ活性(FⅧ)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)检测,作为实验组,另随机选取80名40～75岁男性进行检测以上项目作为对照组。比较两组检测结果及结果异常率。结果:实验组与对照组相比各项都存在差异,尤以AT、FⅧ、Fg、TC差异更显著;实验组AT、FⅧ结果异常率显著高于对照组。结论:男性离休干部凝血功能和血脂水平与成年男性差异显著,故应定期监测这些指标的变化,尤其要注意监测AT、FⅧ,以便预测血栓性疾病风险,及时处理,提高生活质量。Objective： To explore male retired cadre coagulation function and blood lipid results variation rules,in order to do cadre prevention and health care work well.Methods： 120 retired cadres at outpatient service medical center were selected to detect antithrombin activity（AT）,activity of factor VIII（FⅧ）,fibrinogen（Fg）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,namely experimental group.80 cases of healthy men at the age of 40 to 75 years old were randomly selected to determine above items t as a control group.Test results and results abnormal rate of two groups statistically analyzed.Results： There is difference between each of the experimental group and control group,especially AT,FⅧ,Fg,TC differences more significant.The abnormal rate of AT,FⅧ results in experimental group significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion： Male retired cadre coagulation function and blood lipid results differ from that of adult males significantly,so the indices should be monitored regularly,and more attention to AT,FVIII,so that risk of thrombotic diseases can be predicted and treated timely,and life quality can be improved.
