摘 要:在钎焊温度 1 0 93K、钎焊时间 3~ 60min条件下 ,对Al2 O3/(Ag72 Cu2 8) 97Ti3/Nb接头进行钎焊试验 .结果证实 :(Ag72 Cu2 8) 97Ti3钎料能有效实现Al2 O3/Nb连接并可获得较高的连接强度 ;在1 0 93K ,1 5min条件下 ,剪切强度达 2 2 3MPa .通过XRD及EDS检测 ,证明界面反应产物为TiO和Ti2 O .结合SEM及试样断口形貌 ,初步探讨分析了钎焊时间对接头强度的影响 .钎焊时间不足 ,会造成Al2 O3陶瓷与反应层的化学及机械结合力下降 ;反之 ,由于过量脆性化合物的形成 ,也会造成连接强度下降 .据此建立了钎焊时间与接头强度的关系模型 .The ceramic Al 2O 3 was joined with Nb using (Ag 72 ·Cu 28 ) 97 Ti 3 as braze under the conditions of the bonding temperature of 1 093 K and the bonding time of 3—60 min. It is found that sound diffusion bonded couples can be obtained between Al 2O 3 and the metal Nb by using the (Ag 72 Cu 28 ) 97 Ti 3 interlayer. The strength of the joints can be reached to 223 MPa at the bonding temperature of 1 093 K and time of 15 min. The products at the interface are identified as TiO and Ti 2O by XRD and EDS analysis. As indicated by the results of SEM and fractographs at the interface, insufficient brazing time lead to a decrease of joining strength of the alumina ceramic with the reaction layer. On the other hand, brittle compounds are produced with longer bonding time, which also reduce the jointing strength. Finally, a model of the relationship between brazing time and the strength of joints was developed.
