摘 要:本文研究了准同型相界处铌镁酸铅-钛酸铅(PMNT)陶瓷材料的介电压电性能,合适的组份和烧结,可使PMNT陶瓷材料具有较好的压电性能,d33达540pC/N,kt达0.50以上.观察了不同烧结工艺下陶瓷材料的微观结构,烧结时间过长不仅使晶粒尺寸变大,亦可造成晶粒快速生长.对化学组成和微观结构与压电性能之间的关系进行了讨论.The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of lead magnate niobate-lead titanite(PMNT) ceramic material in the vicinity of the morphotropic phase boundary were investigated. The properties in the material can be improved by selecting the proper composition and sintering processing. The value of the piezoelectric coefficient d33 and the coupling factor hi is larger than 540 pC/N and 0.50, respectively. The microstructure of the material sintered with different time was investigated. Longer sintering time not only makes grains larger, but also makes the growing speed of grains faster. The correlation between chemical composition, microstructure and the piezoelectric property in PMNT ceramics was discussed.
