摘 要:目的探讨白藜芦醇(Res)对高脂喂养小鼠β细胞的保护作用。方法将小鼠随机分为正常对照(NC)组、高脂饮食(HF)组和Res干预(HR)组,比较糖脂代谢、胰岛β细胞形态功能及氧化应激的变化。结果 HR组体内外胰岛素分泌功能改善,而糖脂代谢水平、胰岛β细胞量和氧化应激水平较HF组下降。结论 Res能纠正高脂饮食导致的胰岛功能异常,可能与胰腺内氧化应激损伤的改善有关。Objective To explore the protective effect of resveratrol on 13 cell function in mice fed with a high-fat diet. Methods C57BL/6J mice were randomized into normal control (NC) group, high- fat diet (HF) group, and resveratrol treatment (HR) group. The HR group was fed the high fat diet for 8 weeks and then given intragastric administration of resveratrol 400 mg/kg daily. At the end of the 24^th week, the levels of glucose and lipid, the functions of insulin secretion, β cell mass and oxidative stress were measured. Results The functions of insulin secretion in vivo and in vitro were improved significantly in the HR group, while the levels of glucose and lipid, β cell mass and oxidative stress were lower in HR group than in the HF group. Conclusion Resveratrol can protect the mice from abnormal insulin secretion induced by high-fat diet. The effect might be related to the decreased oxidative stress of pancreas.
