采用不同包装材料灭菌物品有效存放时间的研究

摘　　要：目的通过对棉布、医用无纺布和硬质包装容器包装灭菌物品进行微生物检测,判定灭菌后物品不同的存放时间,对医院实际应用提供参考数据。方法参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)对棉布包装的物品采用直接观察培养基的方法,观察是否有菌落生长;依据《中华人民共和国药典》无菌检验的方法,对棉布、医用无纺布和硬质包装容器的阻菌效果进行观察。结果采用直接观察培养基的方法,单层棉布和双层棉布包装后分别在第7天和第30天开始有菌生长;采用无菌检验的方法,使用单层棉布包装后灭菌物品经放置28d、医用无纺布和硬质包装容器经放置9个月进行检测,均未检出细菌和真菌。结论经棉布灭菌包装有效期结果虽然符合行标7～14d的规定,但对储存环境较差、人员流动较多的环境以及易于污染器材的包装,建议缩短灭菌保质期的时间,对医用无纺布和硬质包装容器,可以通过具体验证后适当延长放置时间,并且能够节约成本,使其灭菌后包装更加科学、合理、有效。OBJECTIVE To determine the effective storage time of sterilized articles packed with cotton wraps, medical non-woven disposables and rigid sterile containers in laboratory so as to provide reference data for the practical use. METHODS By referring to the method of disinfection technical specifications （2002 edition）, direct observation was performed for the bacterial growth on the medium cotton packaging items, and the sterile test method was adopted according to the Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China to observe the barrier effect of bacteria on the cotton and medical nonwovens andrigid packaging container. RESULTS Through the direct observation of medium, the bacteria began to grow on the single-layer cotton and double cotton packaging on day 7 and day 30. The sterile test result showed that there were no strains of bacteria or fungi detected on the single- layer cotton packaging after being placed for 28 days and on the medical nonwoven fabric and the rigid packaging container after being placed for 9 months. CONCLUSION Although the valid period of the cotton sterilization pack- aging is in line with the 7 to 14 days of the standard, the storage environment is poor, the personnel movement is frequent, and the equipment packages are prone to be polluted, thus it is recommended to shorten the shelf life of sterilization time. For medical nonwovens and rigid packaging containers, the storage time should be extended through the specific validation, which helps to save the cost and makes the packaging more scientific, reasonable, and effective.
