摘　　要：目的探讨输血科净化室的管理,确保输血安全性,防止输血致医源性感染。方法分析输血科净化室存在的感染问题,并采取相应的改进措施。结果输血科净化室存在硬件感染风险、人流物流管理不严、清洁消毒管理不到位等诸多问题;净化空调层流系统设备的更新、设计和添加安全防护装置、加强规章制度监督力度、提倡净化室清洁员学习消毒感染知识,有效预防输血相关感染。结论通过对净化室各环节的改进和管理,保证血液制品的纯洁性,防止发生医源性输血交叉感染,确保患者的输血安全至关重要。OBJECTIVE To investigate the management of decontamination room of the blood transfusion department so as to ensure the safety of blood transfusion and prevent the iatrogenic infections induced by the blood transfusion. METHODS The problems in the transfusion department decontamination room were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were adopted. RESULTS There were some problems such as the risk of the hardware infections, poor management about the staff and logistic flow, and the not-in-place cleaning and disinfec- tion management in the transfusion department decontamination room. The blood transfusion-related infections were effectively prevented through upgrading the purification air conditioning laminar flow system, designiy the safe protection settings, strengthening the supervision of regulations, and focusing on the cleaning staffs learning the measures of disinfection. CONCLUSION It is crucial to ensure the blood transfusion safety of the patients through improving the management of links in the purification room, ensuring the purity of the blood products, and preventing the iatrogenic cross infection induced by the blood transfusion.
