手术室对保洁人员医院感染管理的干预对策

摘　　要：目的重点对手术室保洁人员加强医院感染知识培训,加强职业道德教育,提高医院感染防范能力,从而降低手术感染率。方法对手术室保洁人员的工作按手术室布局的不同区域进行不同的安排与分工,成立培训小组,制定培训计划,加强职业道德教育,加强医院感染知识培训,对培训小组进行检查与考核,考试方法有口述、笔试和实地操作。结果对2009、2010、2011年医院手术感染率分别为1.72%、0.62%、0.35%,手术感染率呈下降趋势。结论手术室保洁工人是控制医院感染的重要组成部分,是切断病源传播途径的具体实施者,能有效预防与降低医院感染的发生率。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the training of knowledge of nosocomial infection control of the cleaning staff in the operating rooms, intensify the occupational moral education, and improve the prevention of nosocomial infections soas to reduce the surgical infection rate. METHODS The cleaning staff＇s work was arranged and distributed according to different regions of operation room layout, the training team was set up and the training plans were formulated, the occupational moral education was strengthened, the training of nosocomial infection knowledge was intensified; ＇the inspection and assessment of the training group was carried out , the exams includ- ed the oral, written, and field operations. RESULTS The incidence of nosocomial infections was 1.72% in 2009, 0.62 % in 2010, and 0.35 % in 2011, showing a downward trend. CONCLUSION The cleaning staff of the operat- ing rooms are a inseparable part of the control of nosocomial infections and the implementers to cut off the route of disease transmission and can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
