肿瘤患者临床应用抗菌药物的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤患者应用抗菌药物情况,为规范使用抗菌药物提供相关数据。方法调查2010年4月-2011年4月肿瘤住院患者2671份病历使用抗菌药物情况,并进行回顾性分析。结果抗菌药物使用率肿瘤一科为31.5%、肿瘤二科为38.85%、肿瘤三科33.46%、肿瘤四科为49.08%,抗菌药物药敏送检率为84.62%;结论肿瘤手术患者机体自身抵抗力低,且感染因素较复杂并且抗菌药物不合理使用现象普遍存在,需加强抗菌药物应用的监管,尤其是预防用药,应针对存在的问题,进一步规范管理,促进抗菌药物合理使用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of use of antibiotics by the cancer patients so as to provide the data for standardizing the use of antibiotics. METHODS A total of 2671 cases of cancer patients, who enrolled the hospital from Apr 2010 to Apt 2011, were included in the study, and the use of antibiotics was retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS The utilization rate of antibiotics was 31. 5% in tumor department one, 38. 85% in tumor department two, 33.46 % in tumor department three, and 49.08% in tumor department four; the submission rate for the drug susceptibility was 84.62%. CONCLUSION The rational use of antibiotics is very important for the tumor patients due to the low body immunity, complex factors of the infections, and the prevalent unreasonable use of antibiotics. Thus it is necessary to strengthen the supervision, especially the prophylactic use of antibiotics, pay attention to the focal points, and further standardize the management so as to promote the reasonable use of antibiotics.
