摘　　要：目的调查鲍氏不动杆菌在新生儿室与非新生儿病房临床分布及其耐药性,同时对比非儿科的临床菌株耐药性,为感染控制提供依据。方法对医院检出的鲍氏不动杆菌进行菌株鉴定和药敏试验,对结果进行统计分析。结果 2010年1月-2012年9月累计检出鲍氏不动杆菌新生儿病房12株、非新生儿病房54株、成人病房862株,其中儿童以咽拭子标本最多50株占75.76%;新生儿与非新生儿病房的耐药性差异无统计学意义,但成人病房的菌株差异较大;成人病房的鲍氏不动杆菌对阿莫西林、头孢唑林耐药率均为100.00%,氨曲南的敏感率为4.41%、头孢曲松为8.00%,氨基糖苷类中阿米卡星敏感率为92.81%、左氧沙星的敏感率54.52%。结论临床须重视鲍氏不动杆菌的感染,加强医院儿童感染控制及耐药性监测,控制及延缓其在新生儿及非新生儿病房的蔓延。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in the neonatal wards and the non-neonatal wards and compare the drug resistance of the clinical strains isolated from the non-pediatric departments so as to provide basis for the infection control. METHODS The bacterial identification and the drug susceptibility testing were performed for the isolated A. baumannii strains, then the results were sta- tistically analyzed. RESULTS From Jan 2010 to Sep 2012, there were 12 strains of A. baumannii isolated from the neonatal wards, 54 strains from the non neonatal wards, and 862 strains from the adult ward. The throat swab specimens of the children were the predominant specimen source where 50 （75.76%） strains were isolated. The difference in the drug resistance of the A. baumannii between the neonatal group and the non-neonatal group was not statistically significant, but the strains isolated from the adult wards varied significantly in the drug resistance. The drug resistance rates of the A. baumannii strains isolated from the adult wards to amoxicillin and cefazolin were 100.00%, the drug susceptibility rate to aztreonam was 4.41%, ceftriaxone 8.00%, amikacin 92.81 %, and levofloxacin 54.52%. CONCLUSION It is necessary to attach great importance to the A. baumannii infections, strengthen the control of infections in the children, and intensify the monitoring of drug resistance so as to control the spread of A. baumannii in the neonatal or non neonatal wards.
