摘　　要：北京化工大学开发了一条以青霉素废菌丝体为原料生产壳聚糖的新工艺,在得到壳聚糖水处理剂、氨基葡萄糖的同时还得到了麦角固醇,此工艺成本低廉、经济效益可观,因而具有良好的发展前景。Beijing University of Chemical Technology developed a new manufacturing process of chitosan which is made from waste mycelium. Through the process, ergosterin as well as chitosan water treatment chemicals and ammo glucose are prepared. This process is characterized by low cost and considerable economic benefits, therefore it will has broad prospects.
