论技术创新的“女性缺席”

摘　　要：女性技术创新人才在人才队伍中的数量比例低于男性,处于技术领域高层地位的比例偏低。从社会建构论的视角看,技术创新的"女性缺席"是社会建构的产物,社会的政治、经济、文化等因素潜移默化地制约着女性技术创新。改变这种现状的出路在于,设计适合女性技术工作者的体制,形塑有利于女性技术创新的社会文化氛围。The ratio of female technical personnel to whole talent team, the number of female technical personnel in high rank of technology field. From the perspective of social constructivism, the ＂absence of females＂ in technology innovation is the result of social construction, which means that political, economic and cutural factors of society imperceptibly restrict the technology innovation by females. Therefore, it is impacfful to improve the current situation by the following ways： designing suitable systems for female technical personnel, forming propitious cultural atmosphere for technology innovation by female.
