摘 要:先天性小耳畸形、烧伤、创伤都会造成耳廓缺失。耳廓独特的立体造型和复杂的解剖结构,使耳廓再造成为整形外科最棘手、最具挑战性的工作。符合美学设计和耳廓精细结构的支架材料和覆盖支架的筋膜皮瓣是传统的耳廓再造术的发展瓶颈,软骨组织工程的兴起为耳廓再造带来了新的希望。该文就耳廓再造术的手术方式、支架材料、覆盖组织、手术时机和软骨组织工程的相关研究进展予以综述。Microtia,burns, trauma can cause auricular missing. The unique three-dimensional and com-plex anatomical structure of auricle make the auricular reconstruction to be the most difficult and challenging work in the plastic surgery field. The scaffolds with aesthetic design and ear fine structure and the fascial flap covered the scaffolds are the bottleneck of traditional auricular reconstruction, while the development of the cartilage tissue engineering has brought new hope for auricular reconstruction. Here is to make a review of the research progress of auricular reconstruction from scaffold material, tissue of coverage, the method and timing of surgery, and the application of cartilage tissue engineering.
