何首乌与肝损伤关系的研究进展

摘　　要：中药何首乌补益精血、解毒、截疟、润肠通便,临床应用广泛且疗效满意,为古今医家、饮食家所推崇的滋补延年佳品。历代本草著作及中国药典多版均谓其"无毒"。然而近年来,何首乌单独或复方使用导致肝损害的报道明显增多,何首乌的使用安全性已成为关注的焦点。该文对何首乌与肝损伤关系的最新研究进展进行综述。Radix polygonum multiflorum is widely used in the clinical field and has a favorable result, which should attribute to its blood tonic, detoxification, anti-malaria and laxative functions. And it is advoca-ted by ancient and modem medical and diet experts in prolonging life. The ancient herbal writings and multi-version Chinese Pharmacopoeia all claim it ＂ non-toxic＂. However recently, more and more reports have been released that polygonum multiflorum could cause liver injury used alone or with others, and the safety of polygonum multiflorum has become the focus, so it is necessary to summarize the latest research of the rela- tionship between polygonum multinorum and liver injury.
