摘　　要：临床医师可根据盆腔自主神经(PANP)的解剖特点探讨保留自主神经的直肠癌根治术,对男性术后的排尿功能及性功能的保护作用。直肠系膜及周围筋膜在多层螺旋CT(MSCT)图像上能够显示,侧方筋膜显示率高于前、后筋膜,直肠系膜CT值高于盆壁脂肪,其差异肉眼可辨,直肠癌患者直肠系膜的密度高于正常,可以较准确地评价中晚期直肠癌侵犯直肠周围筋膜情况,并对外科术前手术方式的选择有指导价值。The clinicians may explore the protedive effed on male postoperative urinary and sexual func-tion of the radical cure of rectal cancer through rectal carcinectomy with the vegetative nerves preserved on basis of the anatomical characteristics of vegetative nerves. Mesorectum and surrounding fascia are able to be displayed on multi-slice spiral CT images（MSCT）. The side fascia display is greater than on the front, rear fascia. The mesorectal CT value is above the pelvic fat and the difference can be visually displayed. The canc-er patients＇ mesorectum density is higher than the normal value. MSCT can accurately assess the condition of advanced rectal cancer violation to perirectal fascia and has guidance value for the surgical approach selection before operation.
