来华留学教育的地缘优势和发展策略——以辽宁省为例

摘　　要：辽宁省发展来华留学教育具有地缘位置、地缘经济、地缘历史文化、地缘教育政策等方面的优势。充分利用辽宁省地缘优势,实现区域教育资源优化配置以达到最大绩效,是促进辽宁省来华留学教育可持续发展的必然过程。基于地缘优势,应做好宏观招生市场定位,灵活拓宽来辽留学的招生渠道,加快对外汉语院校自身的教学和科研工作改革,教学内容上适当体现辽宁地域文化特色,抢抓来华留学教育发展的新机遇,大力推进辽宁省来华留学事业稳步、健康、可持续发展。According to the new situation and new characteristics.It summarize geographic advantages of I,iaoning province to develop the teaching Chinese as a foreign language from four points of view--the geographic place, geographic economy, geographic history and culture, geographic education policy.h bring forward the advice of Liaoning province to develop the teaching Chinese as a foreign language by using its geographic advantages. That is,do well the macroscopical market orientation,widening the channel of recruiting students,expediting teaching reformation of academies,And presenting clime culture characteristic of Liaoning province in teaching content.We should seize the new opportunity of foreign students＇ education to promote the development of the education of international student＇s in Liaoning steady, healthy and sustainable.
