摘  要:以荃银2号为研究材料,设置5个密度水平,研究密度对转双价(Bt+CPTi)抗虫基因杂交棉群体干物质量、LAI、叶绿素含量、光合速率等主要群体质量的影响。结果表明,干物质量以5.4万株/hm2最大,达164.53g/株。处理M4(5.4万株/hm2)、M5(6.1万株/hm2)最大LAI出现时间比M1(3.3万株/hm2)、M2(4.0万株/hm2)提前15d左右。各处理叶绿素含量在盛花期最高,处理间无显著差异。密度对棉株光合速率影响较大,生育期内各处理间光合速率均表现为差异显著,M1(3.3万株/hm2)处理与M5(6.1万株/hm2)差异达极显著水平。在3.3万~5.4万株/hm2水平范围内,单位面积内群体质量随密度的增加呈增长趋势。密度为5.4万株/hm2时皮棉产量最高,为2 071.53kg/hm2。In order to study the effects of different planting densities on physiological characteristics of fertility of transgenic insect-resistant hybrid cotton (Bt+CPTi),making QUAN-Yin No. 2 as research material,setting 5 density levels. The result shows that the highest dry matter is 164.53g/plant under the 5.4×10^4plant/hm2.The largest LAI of M4, M5 compared to M1,M2 is about 15 days in advance. The chlorophyll content was highest at the flowering,no significant difference among treatments. In addition to the M1 photosynthetic rate was slightly higher than that of other treatments at flowering,no significant difference in other period. In 3.3×10^4-5.4×10^4plant/hm^2 level range, the population quality of cotton in unit area increased along with the increase of density. The highest yield is 2 071.53kg/hm^2 under the 5.4×10^4plant/hm^2.
