综合指数与TOPSIS法在医院综合评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的对绵阳市人民医院医疗质量和管理水平的发展情况进行综合评价,发现问题,为医院管理提供科学依据;也可为今后相关研究提供参考。方法分别使用综合指数法、TOPSIS法对医院综合发展情况进行横向比较(同地区医院间的比较)和纵向分析(医院近年来发展趋势分析)。结果医院近五年来综合水平逐年提高。在同城区几家医院中,综合发展指数最高,显示良好的发展趋势;同时也存在资源配置和医疗效率相对不足的问题,应加强措施予以改善。结论使用综合分析法可以全面、科学评价医院发展情况,为医院管理和决策提供依据。Objective：To make a comprehensive assessment on medical quality and management development in Mianyang People＇s Hospital,find out problems,and provide scientific basis for hospital management and reference for fu- ture study. Method：The authors make horizontal comparison （comparison of hospitals in the same area）and longitudinal a- nalysis on the comprehensive development in hospitals with comprehensive index and TOPSIS（ analysis on hospitals＇ trend in recent years）. Result： In the recent 5 years, there has been the improvement in comprehensive development in the hospi- tal. Among several hospitals in the same city, the comprehensive development index of our hospital is the highest, which shows good trend of development. However, there are the problems of resource allocation and medial efficiency to be solved with some measures. Conclusion：The application of the comprehensive analysis can assess hospital development scientifically and provide the basis for hospital management and decision-making.
