当代大学生择业观教育

摘　　要：当代大学生是20世纪80年代末和90年代初出生的大学生,在新的历史条件下,受社会、学校、家庭、自身等各方面因素的影响,其在择业方面呈现出喜忧并存的特点。加强以社会主义核心价值观为主导的人生观、价值观和择业观教育,引导大学生面向生产一线和基层就业,是破解就业难问题的关键。学校、家庭、政府和社会等应共同努力,协同做好大学生择业观的教育工作,为大学生健康成长与成才创造良好条件。The students in university now were born in the 1980s and the 1990s. Under the present historical circum- stances, and influenced by society, college, families as well as itself etc., they intend to show some characteristics that are both optimistic and pessimistic. Therefore, it is necessary for us to reinforce the instruction of socialism value and outlook and ideology for employment. They should be guided to get employed in the front of indusWies and the grass productions. This could be the critical point to solve the problems of employment for university students. Hence it is needed a combined work or cooperation of the college, family, government and society as well to help to educate the students to have a proper view towards employment. By doing so, it could help university students to grow in a healthier way and help them to grow into a qualified person for our nation.
