摘  要:目的:观察牡蛎提取物对大鼠运动能力及糖贮备的影响,探讨其消除运动性疲劳的作用。方法:健康3月龄SPF级SD雄性大鼠30只,按完全随机方法分为正常对照组(对照组)、耐力运动组(运动组)、牡蛎+运动组(牡蛎组),每组10只。运动组、牡蛎组进行9周的游泳训练,最后一次力竭游泳并记录力竭时间。各组大鼠用10%氨基甲酰乙酯经腹腔注射麻醉,心脏采血,肝素抗凝,检测血糖含量;并取肝脏及股四头肌检测肝糖原及肌糖原。结果:实验9周后,牡蛎组游泳时间明显比运动组长(P<0.05);同时血糖、肝糖原、肌糖原含量也高于运动组(P<0.05),但与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:牡蛎提取物促进大鼠肝糖原、肌糖原等能源物质的积累,保证大鼠运动期间较高的血糖水平及较好的运动能力。Objective:To observe how Oyster extract influence rat's exrcise and blood sugar storage,and investigate it's effect for anti-fatigue for exercise.Method:30 3-month-of SD male rats(SPF grade),who are in normal conditions,were divided randomly into 3groups:Control group,Exercise group,Oyster+Exercise group(Oyster Group),and 10for each group.The control group did not exercise while other two groups being exercised for 9weeks of swimming.Exhausted swimming time of the rats were recorded.Afterwards,rats were anesthetized through intraperitoneal injection with 10%carbamyl ethyl.By blood taking in liver and heparin anticoagulant,the blood sugar of rats were tested.Meanwhile,liver glycogen and muscular glycogen were tested from liver and quadriceps muscle respectively.Result:With 9-week of testing,Oyster group swam longer than Exercise group(P <0.05);Meanwhile,Higher blood sugar,liver glycogen and muscular glycogen were recorded.It has no significant difference between Control Group and Oyster group though(P >0.05).Conclusion:Exhastive swimming would comsume largely liver glycogen and muscular glycogen as well as blood sugar concentrations.Oyster extract is proved to be good for energy substance accumilation,with which rats can maintain higher blood sugar and better exercise ability.
