外科病区注射用质子泵抑制剂使用合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解医院外科病区注射用质子泵抑制剂的使用现状,促进临床合理使用质子泵抑制剂。方法:随机抽查2012年6至12月外科使用质子泵抑制剂的住院病历900份,回顾性分析质子泵抑制剂的使用情况,评价其使用合理性。结果:预防性用药的病历为94.11%,不合理用药病历占79.11%,以无指征用药情况最多,其次是疗程过长。结论:应加强临床医生对质子泵抑制剂的认识,制定使用标准,改善注射用质子泵抑制剂不合理使用的现状。Objective:To investigate the current application of intravenous proton pump inhibitors and to improve clinical rational drug use.Methods:900cases using proton pump inhibitors were chosen with random,and the situation of the usage of proton pump inhibitors was analyzed retrospectively to evaluate rationality of it.Results:The cases of prophylactic use were 94.11%;inappropriate use of proton pump inhibitors accounted for 79.11%.The main manifestation was the use of it without indication and then treatment period was too long.Conclusion:The knowledge of proton pump inhibitors should be strengthened among clinical doctors,and guidelines on rational use of proton pump inhibitors should be established in order to change the situation of inappropriate utilization.
