摘 要:目的探讨泰山白首乌的急性毒性和遗传毒性。方法制备泰山白首乌药液,按最大耐受量法进行大鼠急性经口毒性试验;用5 000、1 000、200、40和8μg/皿5个剂量进行Ames试验;用8 000、5 000、2 500 mg/kg 3个剂量进行小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸变试验。结果泰山白首乌药液对大鼠的LD50大于16.0 g/kg;三项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性。结论泰山白首乌属无毒级,未发现遗传毒性。Objective To investigate the acute toxicity and genetic toxicity of Cynanchum bungei Decne. Methods The Cynanchum bungei Decne liquid was prepared. The acute oral toxicity test was performed in rats, according to test of maximum tolerated dose ; Five doses including 5 000, 1 000,200, 40, 8 μg/utensil were used in the Ames test. Three do- ses, 8 000, 5 000 and 2 500 mg/kg were used in the micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cell and sperm abnormality test in mice. Results LD50 in the acute oral toxicity test of Cyuanchum bungei Decne for rats was greater than 16 000 mg/ kg. Three genetic toxicity tests showed negative results. Conclusion The acute toxicity of Cynanchum bungei Decne was classified as non-toxic and with no genetic toxicity.
