滋心阴口服液对心血管神经症患者自主神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察滋心阴口服液对心血管神经症患者(CN)自主神经功能的影响。方法将64例CN患者随机分为常规组和滋心阴组,常规组给予美托洛尔治疗,滋心阴组在常规组的基础上加用滋心阴口服液,疗程12周。两组治疗前后均采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评分及疗效分析,并行24 h动态心电图检查进行心率变异性(HRV)分析。结果两组患者治疗前SCL-90评分及HRV水平无明显差异,治疗后两组患者症状均得到改善,HRV水平明显提高。滋心阴组临床疗效明显优于常规组(81.2%比46.9%,P<0.05),SCL-90总分及阳性项目数均明显低于常规组(174.09比152.72,P<0.01;45.17比32.78,P<0.05),HRV上调水平亦明显高于常规组(P<0.01,P<0.05),两组均未见明显药物副作用。结论滋心阴口服液治疗心血管神经症安全有效,与美托洛尔合用,具有明显的协同作用,其机理可能与调节交感及副交感神经的活性有关。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zixinyin on autonomic nerve function in patients with cardiovascular neurosis（CN）.Methods A total of 64 patients with CN were randomly divided into Zixinyin group（n=32）treated with Zixinyin 10 mL bid plus Metoprolol 25 mg bid and control group（n=32）treated with Metoprolol 25mg bid for 12 weeks.Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90） Scales were used before and after treatments to evaluate the effect.24 h dynamic electrocardiogram was performed to analyze heart rate variability（HRV）.Results Two groups had no significant differences on pre-treatment scores of SCL-90 and HRV.Both groups achieved significant reductions on SCL-90 scores and improvement on HRV after 12-week of treatments.Zixinyin group had significantly higher effective rate（81.2% vs 46.9%,P0.05）,and significantly lower SCL-90 Total Score and number of positive items（174.09 vs 152.72,P0.01;45.17 vs 32.78,P0.05）.The HRV upward level was also significantly higher than control group（P0.01 or 0.05）.No obvious side effect was observed in both groups.Conclusions Our results suggest that Zixinyin is safe and effective in treating CN.It can enhance the effects of Metoprolol on improvement of neurotic symptoms in CN,which mechanism may be related to the regulation of the sympathetic and parasympathetic activity.
