摘　　要：介绍了中国石化长城润滑油集团有限公司根据自己多年生产的实际情况 ,在原有装置的基础上 ,采用自己开发与引进先进调合技术相结合的方式 ,由长城公司自行设计开发 ,其中工艺部分全部由自己施工建成的 ,同步计量调合和自动批量调合装置及桶抽取单元和球扫线装置的调试情况 ,考察了调合系统在不同生产情况下的适应性 。The test operation of simultaneous metered blending system, automatic batch blending system and drum decanting system as well as pigging line unit were described in this paper. All the blending systems mentioned above was independently designed and developed by Great Wall Lubricating Oil Group Co., SINOPEC on the base of original equipment and experience of many years' production through the way of combining self-development and adoption of modern blending technology, among which all the parts of technique was built by the corporation itself. Adaptation of the blending system to different conditions was examined and a preliminary evaluation was made to the system.
