摘　　要："爱国爱乡、海纳百川、乐善好施、敢拼会赢"的福建精神具有丰富的文化内涵,是社会主义核心价值观在福建的具体体现,是建设文化强省之魂。弘扬践行福建精神既是建设文化强省的本质要求,也是现实选择。发挥福建精神的服务、教育、导向、激励等价值引领作用,走出一条富有独特魅力和创造活力的文化强省之路。The Fujian Spirit has abundant culture connotation which contains loving the motherland and hometown, being tolerant with different views, being charitable, being daring to challenge. It is a concrete embodiment of the socialist core value and a soul of constructing strong province of culture. Practicing the Fujian Spirit is the essential requirement of con- structing a strong province of culture, also a realistic option. By playing the function of service, education, guidance and encouragement of the Fujian Spirit, an unique charm and creative vitality path of cultural construction will be developed.
