摘  要:本文研究了苯基萤光酮分光光度法测锗的基本条件。在1.0———1.5mol/L盐酸介质中 ,Ge4 + 与苯基萤光酮生成1 :2的橙红色不溶性络合物。小量锗的络合物可借动物胶溶液稳定成胶体溶液进行比色 ,在510nm处有最大吸收。该有色络合物很稳定 ,24h之内吸光度基本不变 ,该法重现性好 ,灵敏性高 ,具高选择性 。This paper researches the basic condition of phenyl fluorone measure Ge by spectrophotometer. At the HCL medium of 1.0--1.5mol/l, Ge4+ react to the phenyl fluorone becoming the salmon pink thawless complex compound. Few complex compound of Ge can level off colloid solution using animal gual to compare color. At 510nm, it get the most absorbability. The colored complex compound is very steady, it's absorbency almost keep stabilization in 24h. The technoique has the well repeat and high solution. It is a quickly. simply and applying far-ranging technique of measure Ge.
