摘　　要：目的观察局部应用曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂对鼻息肉组织中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)浸润情况及EOS趋化因子-2(Eotaxin-2)表达的影响。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应方法检测24例鼻息肉患者接受曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗6～8周和未经治疗的鼻息肉组织中Eotaxin-2 mRNA的表达水平(各12例),并观察比较鼻息肉组织苏木精伊红染色(HE)片中EOS的浸润情况。结果①治疗组比未治疗组的鼻息肉组织中Eotaxin-2 mRNA的表达水平显著下降(P<0.01);②治疗组鼻息肉组织HE片中嗜酸性粒细胞浸润情况较未治疗组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂具有减少Eotaxin-2 mRNA的表达,抑制EOS炎性反应的作用。Objective To observe the effects of topical application of triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray on the infiltration of eosinophils and the expression of eotaxin-2 in nasal polyps. Methods The RT-PCR methods were applied to explore the expression of eotaxin-2 mRNA in nasal polyps from triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray therapy treated patients（ n = 12 ）and untreated patients （n = 12 ）. The infiltration of eosinophils was observed in tissue stained with HE by microscopy. Results Compared with untreated polyps, the expression of eotaxin-2 mRNA and the infiltra- tion of eosinophils were decreased in the steroid-treated group （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray may suppress the eotaxin-2 mRNA expression and inhibit eosinophil functions.
