中药坐浴联合肛门直肠旋磁红外治疗肛窦炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药坐浴联合旋磁红外治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将50例肛窦炎患者随机分为两组,观察组25例,采用中药坐浴联合旋磁红外治疗;对照组25例,采用中药坐浴,并口服盐酸左氧氟沙星;7d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:观察组有效率(96.0%)明显高于对照组(72.0%),P<0.05;观察组各相应症状及体征缓解所需时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),有显著差异性。结论:中药坐浴联合肛门直肠旋磁红外治疗肛窦炎疗效肯定,两者联合使用可以提高疗效,缩短疗程。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of TCM demibain combined with gyromagnet infrared therapy on anal cryptitis. Methods： 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 25 for each group. The control group was given TCM demibain treatment and orally taken Levofloxacin, while the treated group was given TCM demibain combined with gyromagnet infrared therapy. Results： The total efficiency in the treated group was 96.0%, significantly higher than that in the control group 72.0%. Conclusion： TCM demlbain combined with gyromamaet infrared theranv was sianificantlv effective on anal crvotitis.
