自血穴位注射治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自血穴位注射治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将62例咳嗽变异型哮喘随机分为治疗组32例与对照组30例两组均使用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂,治疗组在此基础上加用自血穴位注射治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组为73.3%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:咳嗽变异型哮喘在使用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂基础上加用自血穴位注射治疗,能明显提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe clinical effects of the point injection on treating the CVA. Methods： 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 32 patients in the treated group, others in the control. The control group was given salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder inhalation, the treated group was given the point injection more. Results： The total efficiency in the treated group was 93.8%, and 73.3% in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The point injection plus the salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder inhaler was significantly effective in treating CVA.
