摘　　要：人民币国际化是当前国际货币体系改革的重要组成部分,也是中国走向金融大国的必由之路。全球金融危机后,中国政府密集地出台了一系列的政策法规推动人民币国际化。虽然取得了巨大的成就,但人民币国际化的法制建设滞后,相关政策的科学性也遭到了一定的质疑。我国应当改革外汇管理体制,加强人民币国际化各个环节的立法,完善人民币离岸金融市场立法,并构建良好的区域货币合作法律环境。RMB internationalization is an important part of the reforms of international monetary system and the only way for China to grow to be a superpower in international financial area. Chinese government has published a series of policies and regulations to promote RMB to go abroad. In spite of the great achievements, legal system construction on RMB internationalization lags seriously and the scientificity of some related policies is questioned nowadays. We should reform the foreign exchange system, strength the legal and regulatory frame of RMB internationalization, improve the legislation of the RMB off-shore financial market and create legal environment of regional monetary cooperation.
