摘  要:目的了解2011年自贡市8~10岁学龄儿童尿碘水平,为持续消除碘缺乏病提供依据。方法在自贡市自流井区、贡井区、沿滩区、富顺县、荣县中,每区、县按照东、西、南、北、中5个方位各抽取1个乡镇,每个乡镇抽取1所小学,每所小学抽取8~10岁学生20名随意一次性尿样,共计500份尿样,检测其尿碘含量。结果 2011年自贡市8~10岁学生尿碘中位数为204.00μg/L,处于正常值范围内,尿碘含量﹤50μg/L为9.2%,﹥100μg/L的占79.4%,﹥300μg/L的占17.8%。结论 2011年自贡市8~10岁学龄儿童尿碘水平达到国家消除碘缺乏病的标准,但仍存在碘摄入不足的情况,应加强综合防治措施保障学龄儿童适宜的碘营养,同时还应建立可持续消除碘缺乏病的防控机制。OBJECTIVE To understand the urinary iodine levels of school children of 8 to 10 years old in Zigong City, and provide scientific evidence for continuous eliminating iodine deficiency disease. MEHTODS Each district in accordance with the East, West, South, North and middle, each position selected one township, and each township to extract a primary school. Each primary school collected 20 random one-time urine sample of 8 to 10-year-old students to detect the urinary iodine. And 500 samples were collected in total. RESULTS The median of urinary iodine of school-age children of 8 to 10 years old was 204.00;xg/L, which was in the normal range. 9.2% of them urinary iodine values were below 50μg/L, 79.4% of them urinary iodine values were over 100μg/L, and 17.8% of them urinary iodine values were over 300μg/L. CONCLU- SION 8 to 10-year-old school children urinary iodine level have reached the national standard of elimination of iodine defi- ciency disorders, but insufficient iodine intake still exists. The relevant departments should strengthen comprehensive preven- tion and control measures to ensure the appropriate iodine nutrition of school children. At the same time, the relevant departments should also establish continue prevention and control mechanisms of eliminating iodine deficiency disease.
